Blackthorn Greater Burnet

Blackthorn's feathery, brushlike spikes give this sun-loving perennial a unique and charming look. The purple-red flower clusters sit atop thin, wiry stems that arch above the lacy, green leaves and give the appearance of caterpillars perched on the branches.
