Ed Murray Daylily

This well-branched beauty yields lots of striking, 4" flowers that are slightly ruffled and recurved. The bright green of their small throats adds pop to the otherwise black-red blooms. Ed Murray is a strong performer with grasslike foliage that goes dormant during winter. It has received several significant honours from the American Daylily Society, including the Stout Silver Medal, the group's top annual prize.
