Java Blue Bearded Iris

Standards, falls, beards— they're all intensely blue, giving this iris a regal and commanding appearance. The medium-size blooms are wavy but not overly so, and they release a spicy scent that butterflies love. With its 10 or more buds per stalk, you can be sure of not only a long flowering season but a reblooming period, too. Plant it in a group to create a remarkable swath of indigo. This iris is also known as Java Bleue. Early, midseason and late flowering.
