Mönch Aster

This aster has quickly become one of our favourites. We can't get enough of its delicate, daisy-like flowers of soft purple that are contrasted by golden-yellow centres. These pretty, 2" blooms release a delightful scent that draws butterflies, honeybees and hummingbirds to the garden from late summer until fall's first frost. Excellent for use in cottage or butterfly gardens, as ground cover and in borders. Drought tolerant and deer resistant. Aster x frikartii
