Persian Chocolate Loosestrife

Burgundy leaves in spring mature to rich chocolate-purple by summer, with some foliage often remaining through winter. Bright yellow flowers add contrast from early summer into fall and attract pollinators. Drought tolerant once established and deer resistant. Maxing out at just 8" tall, this ornamental perennial is magnificent as ground cover.
