Pigsqueak

Here’s a hardy, evergreen perennial that is much more attractive than its name might suggest! Pigsqueak’s thick stems form a mound of large, leathery, rounded leaves and panicles of magenta-pink, bell-shaped blooms. These vibrant flowers will draw countless butterflies and honeybees. This stunning cultivar performs well in any type of light, from full sun to full shade. Use it alongside a garden path, in a rock garden or as part of a container garden. Foliage is evergreen in warmer climates but turns purple-bronze where winters are cold.
