Solange Peony
A subtly shaded, heirloom peony that dates to 1907, its buds open slowly to form globular, 7" blooms resembling extraordinarily large roses. Lightly scented and free flowering, Solange's fully double flowers are cream coloured and delicately tinted in ecru and pale salmon-pink. Foliage is dark green with reddish-green veins. Beloved by generations of gardeners. Late flowering.
