Vicar Bearded Iris

Despite the massive size and iridescent quality of its blooms, Vicar won't overpower its neighbours in the landscape. In fact, the violet-purple colouring of its 4¼" wide x 7" tall blooms will complement many of the white, yellow and blue hues commonly found in spring gardens. Vicar's dark blue-purple beards add to its allure. Each spring, 8–10 buds will reliably form on its three-branched stem.
